
Tuning in to the breath is a great reset for the whole body. Today’s cue is to take 5 minutes to return to the breath through this imagery-filled guided breath tour.

You can do this at any time of the day. A great way is to take a load off is by lying down on the floor with your knees bent. You can also bring the instrument into this practice by holding it in your hands and resting it on your body. I have found that the instrument can introduce its own level of tension in the body, learning to breathe with it will fuel technique and sound.
Good breathing yields good movement.
