Breathe Deeply Again
I am super excited to offer a Body Mapping class for everyone this month. Breathe Deeply Again will take participants on an exploration of breathing and how to get it moving more easily in the body with hands-on experiences.
If you or someone you know experiences limited breath due to Covid-19 or injury or is looking to build endurance and stamina for their favorite activities this 3-part workshop will clarify the breathing process and empower individuals.
I will introduce you to the mechanics of healthy breathing through relearning this essential function for a vivacious life while also experiencing the motion of your body. You'll learn helpful techniques to automatically kickstart the breath and breathe deeply again, as we once did naturally as babies. The calming force of the breathe is a key to coordination, physical movement with ease, and calming the busy stressed mind. Class details can be found here.
